WARRANTY INFORMATION

JAB 365, LLC warrants its products for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subject to abuse, neglect or misuse.  JAB 365, LLC’s sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned within this 30-day period unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.  Please contact customer service for assistance: info@jab365.net.

SHIPPING POLICY

JAB 365, LLC currently offers free shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States (the contiguous does not include Alaska, Hawaii or another other territories under the control of the United States).  All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and take an additional 3-5 business days to receive (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. 

Once we receive your return and inspect, we will notify you via email it was received and whether your refund is approved or rejected.  If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to the original payment method.  To return the item(s), please email customer service at info@jab365.net
