Products sold by JAB 365, LLC include equipment and gear used in boxing, martial arts, kickboxing, and fitness. Consult a physician prior to starting any new exercise program. Use of this equipment is at your own risk. You hereby assume the risk of any injury resulting from the use of this equipment for any reason, including, but not limited to, equipment malfunction. Before each use inspect the equipment to ensure safe working conditions. Boxing, martial arts and fitness activities may be dangerous; risks to participants include, but may not be limited to, serious bodily injury, disability, and death.

This equipment is for boxing, martial arts, kickboxing, and fitness bag work. It is not intended for other or more intense uses (e.g., full contact sparring, weapons training, sports activities, etc.). JAB 365 LLC may modify and improve its equipment, but such modifications are not intended to encourage more intense contact.

JAB 365, LLC recommends that all participants wear protective gear to minimize injury (training gloves, boxing gloves, heavy bag gloves, shin pads, knee pad, elbow pads). Read and follow instructions regarding installation, use and care; and do not use old, modified, damaged, or improperly fitted equipment. Inspect equipment before each use.

This equipment is intended to be used for heights 47 inches and higher. Youth and teenagers should be supervised by an adult when using this equipment.

This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase fitness equipment and view instructional videos. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our prices for products and/or services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JAB 365, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our products and/or services; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dallas County, Texas. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
