What is the difference between JAB 365 and heavy punching bags?

Our bag is constructed with 3" high density foam versus heavy bags that are filled with grains, sand, rags, water or other material making it heavier and bulkier.  JAB 365 can be set-up and taken down easily.

Do I need to have boxing or kickboxing skills to use JAB 365?

NO prior skills needed!  Our punching bag is made for all skills levels.

Can I get a good workout with JAB 365 bag?

Yes you can!  JAB 365 is an excellent cardio workout, with its versatility you can go from a boxing workout to a kickboxing routine.  Its great for a circuit or high intensity workout.
